We were in the Hualapai Mountains in Kingman this weekend for a picnic when this little fella came in looking for a treat. Riley would have jumped in her back and ridden her home if we would have let her. Then a bee attacked me in the end on account that I was wearing a bright yellow shirt.

T is for Tuesday......and Terrific.
Also my new best friend, the Schwanns man should be stopping by my house. He had better bring the strawbery shortcake crunch bars I pre ordered, last time he gave us the shaft. I know it is pathetic that the busiest day of my week is the bookmobile and theSchwanns man, but now I know tomorrow will be busy eating delicious frozen treats and reading outside in the sun.

The Ya Ya Sisterhood
At our house Riley is known as YaYa. That is what Maycie calls her and eventually we all started calling her that, even Riley refers to herself using this new name. Every morning I wake up to the baby monitor with Maycie yelling, "Yaya, UP UP" after about 10 times Riley will pull herself out of bed and help Maycie out of hers. She will carry her into my bedroom, Maycie clinging to her like a baby monkey.Posted by Jody at 7:59 PM 0 comments
